Role Overview

The Inventory & Billing Executive is responsible for inventory control, GST billing, stock record maintenance, MIS reporting, and coordination with warehouse and accounts to ensure accurate and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock records.
- Prepare Sales and Purchase GST invoices.
- Maintain stock inward/outward entries.
- Generate Excel reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams.




- Maintain accurate inventory documentation.
- Ensure GST compliance including HSN codes and tax calculations.
- Support stock audits and reconciliations.
