Urgent Hiring for Production Engineer/CNC Programmer
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, TURN MILL MACHINES, SPLINE ROLLING, BROACHING,

cutting tools, Specific Functional Capabilities, Knowledge and Skills Required

Desirable
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial

Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma (Green Belt preferred), 5S, TPM, or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Production Management
- Ensure production is carried out according to the defined cycle time.
- Optimize the utilization of manpower and machinery to achieve maximum productivity.
- Monitor operator activities, including hourly production reports, check sheets, and other

production records.
- Minimize production rejection and achieve the specified quality targets.

2. Quality Control Support




- Establish and maintain technical quality standards.
- Support quality inspections and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with the quality team to ensure compliance with customer and organizational

requirements.

3. Cost Control
- Reduce production waste, rework, and machine downtime.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce manufacturing costs.
- Promote effective use of materials, manpower, and equipment.

4. Production Monitoring & Control
- Monitor actual production against the production plan and daily targets.
- Analyze production variances and take timely corrective actions.
- Ensure smooth production flow while maintaining safety and quality standards.
