Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Delegating duties to staff nurses, monitoring floor discipline, and adjusting assignments based on workload and patient acuity.
- Shift Handover: Facilitating smooth inter-shift handovers to ensure continuity of medical care.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensuring strict adherence to hospital protocols, infection control, and accreditation standards (like NABH).
- Patient Escalation: Managing patient grievances and acting as the primary point of contact for emergencies or unusual occurrences.
- Inventory: Overseeing the supply and demand of ward medications and medical equipment
Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
