Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand-building initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication across all touchpoints.
- Review creatives, videos, brochures, presentations, website content, and marketing copy.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, Performance Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Track campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
- Manage agencies, vendors, influencers, and production partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend growth opportunities.

Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Solid online and offline marketing exposure.
- Creative, analytical, and execution-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
