- Own and manage city-level revenue and profitability (P&L;):

2. Sales Growth & Market Expansion
- Develop and execute city-level sales strategies to maximize market penetration
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand revenue streams:
- Continuously analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
3. Partner & Supply Network Development
- Build and strengthen a reliable partner/vendor ecosystem:
- Drive partner acquisition, onboarding, performance tracking, and retention
- Ensure consistent service availability and coverage across the city
