Owns the quality assurance strategy and overall testing governance for assigned programs. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring high-quality delivery across system, integration, and user acceptance testing phases while partnering closely with business, delivery, and technology teams.

Responsibilities:
- Define and own the overall QA and testing strategy aligned to business and delivery goals
- Plan, manage, and govern SIT, UAT, regression, and release validation activities
- Establish test approach, scope, timelines, and resourcing for multiple workstreams
- Oversee defect management lifecycle including triage, prioritization, root cause analysis, and closure
- Coordinate testing activities across onshore/offshore teams, vendors, and bu
