Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and manage seasonal, festive, and product launch campaigns.
- Build brand awareness across digital platforms while maintaining consistent brand identity.

Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, ROAS, and ROI.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.

Social Media Marketing
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns.




- Coordinate with content creators, designers, photographers, and videographers.
- Manage influencer marketing campaigns and brand collaborations.
- Increase organic engagement and community growth across social media platforms.

E-Commerce Marketing
- Drive online sales through strategic digital campaigns.
- Improve website traffic, customer acquisition, and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with e-commerce teams to optimize product visibility and promotional campaigns.
- Manage marketplace advertising (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.) whenever applicable.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and other reporting tools.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Identify current growth opportunities through data analysis and market trends.

Collaboration
- Work closely with the Creative, Sales, Retail,
