Monitor live CCTV camera feeds across all clinic locations.
- Identify and report suspicious, unsafe, or unusual activities to management immediately.
- Ensure continuous surveillance coverage during assigned working hours.
- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring logs and incident reports.
- Review and retrieve recorded footage when requested by authorized personnel.
- Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues promptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and clinic information.
- Coordinate with security staff and management during emergencies or security incidents.
- Follow the clinic's security policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
- Perform any other surveillance-related duties assigned by management.
