This role sits within Deltatre's QA function, supporting the OTT and digital products that power major sports and entertainment platforms worldwide. The team holds the line on quality across the software development lifecycle — from test design through release sign-off — for products used by millions of consumers across web, mobile, and connected TV.

As Senior Manual Test Analyst, you will combine hands-on testing with strategic thinking and team leadership. You will design and execute test cases, drive regression and release testing, mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers, and contribute to the QA processes and standards that scale across the function.

Responsibilities

Test design and execution
- Design, update, and review test cases, ensuring solid test coverage
- Execute test cases for user stories and features
- Perform regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify unexpected issues
- Report defects clearly and track them through resolution
- Retest fixed issues to ensure quality and stability
- Analyse test failures, identify root causes,



and provide timely feedback to the team

Collaboration and communication
- Collaborate closely with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Test Leads to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria
- Participate in backlog refinements, sprint planning, release planning, and other Agile ceremonies
- Attend technical reviews and workshops, providing QA input and feedback
- Raise questions, suggest improvements, and escalate risks or blockers when needed
- Act as a QA point of contact for stakeholders and support client communication when required

Leadership and mentorship
- Guide and support junior and mid-level QA engineers
- Provide coaching on technical topics, testing approaches, and best practices
- Organise and deliver knowledge-sharing sessions and technical training
- Contribute to evaluation reviews and team development
