Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced MS Excel.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders.
- Conduct data validation and ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT, to ensure timely execution of business requirements.
- Generate periodic and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA) or any graduate.
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Advanced Excel or Power BI will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS Reporting, Data Analysis, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
