The person should exhibit leadership qualities and demonstrate business accumen while working closely with business users to understand requirements and help team translate it into technical changes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents related to AWS RDS (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Aurora PostgreSQL, and associated cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.
- Gauge the severity, urgency, and business impact of database and infrastructure incidents, driving timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Manage, maintain, and enhance database infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Design, implement, and support automation solutions for database provisioning, patching, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and operational processes.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production issues and recommend permanent corrective actions to improve platform stability, performance, scalability,
