Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries professionally through voice support.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns within defined timelines.

Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate solutions.

Maintain transparent and effective communication with customers.

Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the CRM/system.

Meet quality, productivity, and process KPIs as defined by the organization.

Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and timely follow-ups.

Stay updated with process knowledge and successfully complete the Process Knowledge Test (PKT) and mock calls for career progression.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Experience:
- BPO: 1 year (preferred)
