- Safety & Discipline: Ensure the classroom setting is well-organized, clean, and safe, and enforce school policies, discipline, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Typically requires a Graduation degree with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent, as per CBSE norms.
- Experience: Prior experience teaching in a reputed school is often preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience & Creativity: A nurturing, patient, and creative approach to teaching and managing young learners is crucial.
- Passion for Teaching: A genuine passion for educating and nurturing young minds.
