Position: ERP Computer Operator
Experience: Fresher / 1 Year Experience
Employment Type: Full time
Shift: Rotational (3 Shifts)

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry in the ERP system.
- Update inventory, stock, purchase, sales, and production records.
- Generate invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, and reports.
- Maintain and update ERP master data.
- Verify data accuracy and resolve data entry errors.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data confidentiality.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ERP software (SAP, Odoo, ERPNext, Tally ERP, or similar ERP systems).
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and computer operations.




- Good typing speed with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.

Qualification
- Graduate or Diploma in Computer Applications, Commerce, IT, or any relevant field.
