About the Role

Citykart is looking for a creative, trend-driven Social Media Content Strategist who understands what makes content go viral. If you love creating reels, spotting trends before they take off, and turning ideas into engaging content, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the social media content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Moj, Josh, ShareChat, and WhatsApp.
- Develop engaging content concepts, scripts, captions, and copies for reels, stories, and posts.
- Stay updated on platform trends, viral formats, festivals, and cultural moments to create timely and relevant content.
- Coordinate with designers, videographers, and freelance creators to deliver high-quality content.
- Track content performance, analyze insights,



and optimize content strategies based on results.
- Adapt content for different regions, festivals, and target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to strengthen Citykart's digital presence and brand engagement.

Desired Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
- Exceptional freshers with a strong content portfolio are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Experience with Moj, Josh, ShareChat, or other regional content platforms will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Hindi copywriting skills; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and confident in pitching fresh, cutting-edge content ideas.
- Passion for retail, fashion, and consumer trends.
