About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently according to the content calendar.
- Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and followers.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to develop high-quality creatives, reels, videos, and posts.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.
- Develop creative ideas for reels, short-form videos, and interactive campaigns.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution.




- Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4-5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
- Robust understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Hands-on experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Lucknow.
