Education

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in relevant Engineering disciplines such as:
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Civil Engineering
Other relevant MEP Engineering disciplines

Key Skills
Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
Experience in MEP BIM Modeling and Coordination
Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Electrical and ELV systems
Ability to read and understand MEP drawings and specifications
Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD and model development
Experience in preparing Shop Drawings and BIM Documentation
Valuable coordination skills with Architecture, Structural and MEP teams

Roles & Responsibilities




Create and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Revit.
Develop MEP layouts, shop drawings and coordinated models.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Architectural teams.
For Senior/Manager-level candidates, lead BIM teams, allocate work, review models and coordinate with clients/project stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Commercial Buildings, Residential Projects, Industrial Projects, Data Centers, Hospitals, Hotels and other MEP projects will be preferred.
