2+ years of proven experience in field sales or client-facing roles
Robust communication and persuasive skills
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently
Comfortable with travel and meeting sales targets
Positive knowledge of local markets and customer behavior
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred : MBA or diploma in Sales/Marketing
Identify, approach, and convert potential customers through field visits
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients




Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Prepare daily/weekly reports and update CRM
Travel extensively within the assigned territory
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and support
Travel and daily allowance for fieldwork
