Role & responsibilities
Teach students of Classes BPN to Prep.
Prepare and deliver engaging lesson plans according to the prescribed curriculum.
Build students' foundational skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and environmental studies.
Assess student learning through classwork, homework, projects, and examinations.
Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
Create a protected, positive, and inclusive classroom workplace.
Use interactive teaching methods, educational aids, and technology where appropriate.
Identify students who need additional academic or emotional support and provide guidance.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students' progress and behavior.
Organize and participate in school activities, assemblies, cultural programs, and parent-teacher meetings.
Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive values, teamwork, and social skills.
Perform administrative and other duties assigned by the school principal or management.
