Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the high purity SiO2 Crucible Process Engineering team to ensure a process stability and efficiency.
Develop and optimize the high purity SiO2 Crucible manufacturing processes that is done using high temperature arc furnace process to improve yield, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Collaborate with R&D; and production teams to implement recent technologies and process improvements.
