Role & responsibilities
Robust understanding of e-commerce marketplaces and online seller/product ecosystems.
Experience in identifying suspicious listings, counterfeit products, or seller behaviour is preferred.
Solid analytical and investigative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data cleaning, and data analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI or other reporting/dashboard tools is an advantage.
Robust research, pattern identification, and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience working with brand protection or anti-counterfeiting projects.
Basic understanding of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), trademarks, copyrights, and online infringement.
Experience with marketplace audits across multiple platforms.
Experience preparing investigation reports and client presentations.
Exposure to online enforcement or takedown processes.
