We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive with strong sourcing capabilities and excellent communication skills. The candidate should be comfortable working on multiple requirements and identifying relevant talent through both conventional and advanced sourcing techniques.

Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and follow-ups.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases, referrals and other sourcing channels.
Use Boolean Search and X-Ray Search techniques to identify relevant profiles.
Perform proactive headhunting for niche and hard-to-find skills.
Screen candidates for skills, experience, communication, compensation, notice period and role fitment.
Maintain and track candidate pipelines using an ATS.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates until closure/joining.




Build and maintain a strong pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills
1+ year of recruitment experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid knowledge of Boolean & X-Ray Search
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and Naukri
Experience working with an ATS / recruitment management system
Good headhunting and candidate-engagement skills
Ability to explore multiple sourcing channels beyond traditional job portals
Target-oriented with a solid sense of ownership and follow-through
