Role & responsibilities:
This position is responsible for overseeing the entire department within their respective area of expertise.
This position should establish project objectives, define the scope and requirements, and develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
They must supervise project execution, monitor progress, manage budgets, ensure quality standards are met, and adjust plans as necessary.
It is essential to assemble, motivate, and lead project teams while serving as the primary point of communication and resolving any conflicts that arise.
Maintain explicit and consistent communication with the project leader by providing status updates, managing expectations, and reporting risks and outcomes.
Identify potential challenges, evaluate their impact, and formulate mitigation strategies to reduce project risks effectively.
Ensure the creation and maintenance of thorough project documentation, reports, and records throughout the project's duration.
