Role Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end lateral recruitment for technical, engineering, supervisory, and managerial positions in the manufacturing sector. The role involves sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder coordination, and timely closure of vacancies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle lateral hiring, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
Partner with business/hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy.
Build and manage talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, job boards, and headhunting.
Drive market mapping and competitor intelligence for critical/leadership roles.
Manage stakeholders (hiring managers, HRBPs, leadership)



with regular reporting on hiring metrics.
Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations, including counter-offer scenarios.
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and diversity hiring goals.

Requirements
Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior/niche roles within tight TATs.
Robust stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and headhunting.
Excellent communication and data-driven approach to recruitment reporting.
