MGM Hospital is looking for Lab Technician to join our team

Roles and Responsibility
Conduct laboratory tests and analyze results with high accuracy and precision.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments.
Prepare and maintain accurate records of test results and inventory.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
Develop and implement current testing procedures and protocols as needed.

Job Requirements
Robust knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with laboratory software and instrumentation.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
