Our data modelers translate complex business rules into high-performance logical and physical models that power real-time reporting, AI/ML pipelines, and regulatory compliance-working with contemporary cloud data platforms, SQL engines, and governance frameworks. Role & Responsibilities
Design, document, and optimize end-to-end data models-conceptual logical physical-for enterprise data warehouses, lakes, and operational data stores.
Collaborate with business analysts and engineers to translate source system schemas, KPIs, and reporting requirements into normalized/dimensionally modeled structures.
Apply data governance and lineage standards across models to ensure auditability, scalability, and compliance with GDPR/CCPA and industry-specific regulations.
Validate model performance via SQL query profiling, schema tuning, and data redundancy elimination-supporting low-latency BI and ML workloads.
Lead model reviews with stakeholders,



ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles, Kimball/Inmon methodologies, and cloud-native best practices.
Mentor junior modelers and establish reusable modeling patterns, data dictionary templates, and automated documentation pipelines.
