We are looking for a proactive and creative BTL / Marketing Executive to plan and execute below-the-line marketing activities, brand activations, events, promotions, and local marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have robust execution skills, vendor coordination experience, and an understanding of on-ground marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns, activations, promotions, and events.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, promoters, and other external partners.
Manage branding and promotional activities at stores, outlets, institutions, events, and public locations.
Identify opportunities for local-area marketing and customer engagement.
Support ATL/digital marketing campaigns with on-ground execution.
Prepare campaign plans, budgets, timelines, and execution reports.
Monitor campaign performance, customer response, leads, and ROI.
Ensure proper implementation of branding guidelines and marketing collateral.
Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
Coordinate with sales teams to support lead generation and business objectives.




Track marketing expenses and ensure activities are completed within budget.
Collect photographs, data, invoices, and other documentation for campaign reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
14 years of experience in BTL, field marketing, activations, events, or trade marketing.
Robust vendor and agency management skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel for on-ground activities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Positive knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Creative, energetic, and execution-oriented approach.
