We are looking for a Finance Business Analyst to support business and technology transformation initiatives across FP&A;, Source-to-Pay (S2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering, process analysis, and stakeholder workshops across Finance functions.
Assess current-state processes and support future-state process and operating model design.
Develop process maps, business requirements, business cases, and decision papers.
Support the design and implementation of finance technology solutions, including vendor evaluation and UAT.
Identify prospects to standardise, simplify, automate, and transform finance processes.
Maintain requirements traceability across design, build, testing, and deployment.




Support change management, stakeholder engagement, business readiness, and perks realisation.
Provide analytical insights and recommendations to programme and workstream leadership.

Ideal Profile:
Experience in Finance, Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Transformation.
Solid understanding of FP&A;, S2P/P2P and/or R2R processes.
Experience in requirements management, process improvement, stakeholder management, and technology implementation.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
