Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems, pumps, water heaters, and pressure tanks to prevent failure.
Installations: Install recent plumbing fixtures, piping (PVC, CPVC, GI), and water-related equipment.
Emergency Response: Respond immediately to plumbing emergencies, such as pipe bursts, during guest hours.
Guest Service: Ensure all plumbing fixtures in rooms are functioning to high quality standards, acting professionally in guest areas.
Supporting Roles: Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, or swimming pool equipment is frequently required to support overall maintenance.
Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹20,826.55 per month
