Real Estate Sales Manager

Locations: Bareilly, Rudrapur & Hapur

Sobtis Group is looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Managers for its operations in Bareilly, Rudrapur and Hapur.

The ideal candidate should have prior hands-on experience in real estate sales and should be capable of independently handling customers from enquiry and site visit through negotiation and closure.

Key Responsibilities
Handle and follow up on real estate sales enquiries
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects
Conduct project presentations and site visits
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers
Negotiate with customers and work towards successful closures
Coordinate booking documentation and payment follow-ups
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and customer database
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build and maintain relationships with brokers and channel partners where required




Coordinate with management and internal teams for smooth sales execution

Candidate Profile
Prior experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory
Experience in residential, commercial or plotted development sales preferred
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Proven ability to handle customers and close sales independently
Target-oriented and comfortable with regular follow-ups
Knowledge of the local real estate market will be an advantage
Candidates currently based in or willing to relocate to Bareilly, Rudrapur or Hapur may apply

Experience

3+ years of relevant real estate sales experience preferred

Compensation

3.5 LPA 8.5 LPA, depending on experience, current compensation and suitability.
