Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Business Analyst to drive product requirements, business analysis, and end-to-end delivery in an Agile workplace. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding business needs, translating them into explicit product requirements, and working closely with cross-functional technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring features and enhancements are prioritized based on business value and customer needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and product requirements.
Conduct requirement gathering, analysis, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.




Translate business requirements into explicit and actionable requirements for development and QA teams.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Product, and Business teams throughout the product lifecycle.
Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, UAT, and release activities.
Identify process gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for product improvement.
Ensure delivered solutions meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
Support product roadmap planning and contribute to continuous product enhancement.
Monitor feedback and business outcomes to identify opportunities for improving product features and user experience.
