Job Summary:
We are looking for a Solution Architect with solid experience in AWS Cloud, Python, AI/LLM, Data Lakes, and US Healthcare RCM. The role involves designing scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant architectures for AI-powered healthcare products and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable AWS cloud architectures with security and cost optimization.
Architect AI/LLM and agentic workflows for healthcare automation and claims intelligence.
Design data lakes, ETL pipelines, and analytics platforms for healthcare data.
Integrate healthcare systems using REST APIs, X12, HL7, FHIR, EDI and SFTP.
Ensure HIPAA compliance, PHI protection, encryption, IAM, and audit logging.
Conduct architecture/design reviews and create technical design documents and ADRs.
Mentor senior developers and collaborate with product, engineering, clients,



and vendors.
Mandatory Skills:
6+ years in Solution Architecture / Senior Engineering.
4+ years of hands-on AWS experience.
Solid Python, SQL, PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server skills.
Hands-on LLM integration, RAG, prompt engineering, and at least one production LLM feature.
Practical experience with Agentic AI / LangChain or similar frameworks.
Solid US Healthcare RCM / Medical Coding domain knowledge.
Experience with HIPAA-compliant healthcare systems.
Healthcare integration experience with X12, HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, EDI.
Experience designing Data Lakes and ETL pipelines.
Knowledge of Terraform/CloudFormation, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD is preferred.

Preferred: Multi-cloud (Azure/GCP), Vector Databases, IDP, Power BI/Tableau, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, and healthcare platforms such as Availity/Waystar.
