Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate and project/site-level positions. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, completing documentation, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to candidate joining.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans accordingly.
Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and experience.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical interviews with concerned departments.
Schedule interviews and maintain regular follow-up with candidates and interview panels.
Coordinate salary/CTC discussions and obtain necessary approvals before releasing offers.
Complete pre-joining documentation and background verification formalities.
Coordinate with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.




Maintain recruitment trackers and update recruitment status on a regular basis.
Maintain a database of shortlisted, selected, rejected, and joined candidates.
Coordinate with project/site teams for urgent manpower requirements.
Support recruitment for Engineers, Project Managers, Safety Officers, Quality Engineers, Supervisors, and other project/site positions.
Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external agencies whenever required.
Prepare recruitment MIS reports covering vacancies, interviews, selections, offers, and joining status.
Ensure recruitment activities are completed within the required timelines.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and salary-related information.
