Job Title: DGM- Store E-Bus Manufacturing
Location: Seetharampur, Rangareddy, Telangana

Job Summary

The DGM Store will be responsible for managing all store and warehouse operations within the electric bus manufacturing facility, ensuring productive material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely availability of components for production. The role involves overseeing inbound and outbound logistics, inventory control, compliance with safety standards, and coordination with procurement, production, and quality teams.

Key Responsibilities
Store & Inventory Management
Manage day-to-day operations of the plant stores and warehouses.
Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, bought-out parts, consumables, and finished goods.
Ensure proper storage and handling of EV components such as battery packs, motors, controllers, wiring harnesses, and electronic modules.
Implement FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.
Material Planning & Availability
Coordinate with production planning to ensure timely availability of materials for bus assembly lines.
Monitor stock levels and raise replenishment requests to procurement.
Prevent production delays due to material shortages.
Inward & Outward Logistics
Supervise receipt, inspection,



and documentation of incoming materials.
Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) process and system updates.
Manage dispatch of materials to production and finished goods movement if required.
System & Documentation
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / similar).
Conduct periodic cycle counts and annual physical stock audits.
Generate inventory reports, aging reports, and consumption analysis.
Team Leadership
Lead and supervise storekeepers, warehouse staff, and material handlers.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and safety procedures.
Train staff in material handling and inventory management processes.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure secure storage of EV batteries and hazardous materials as per regulatory guidelines.
Maintain warehouse safety standards, including fire safety and ESD precautions for electronic components.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Continuous Improvement
Implement best practices in warehouse layout, space optimization, and material flow.
Drive cost optimization through inventory reduction and improved stock accuracy.
Support lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives.

Qualifications
