Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring for an US Voice Process Logistics role in Noida. The position involves handling customer interactions for a US-based logistics process and providing effective solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

We are looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a rotational shift workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for the US logistics process.
Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain professional and effective communication with customers.
Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.





Eligibility Criteria
Graduates: Freshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of voice process experience required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in US rotational shifts.
Candidates from Noida are preferred.

Salary

26,000 35,000 per month (in-hand)

Salary will depend on the candidate's experience, communication skills, and interview performance.
