Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Call Center Agent with at least 1 year of experience in handling inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
Record customer interactions and maintain accurate call logs in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution of issues.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction).




Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction at all times.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in a Call Center, Customer Support, BPO, or Customer Service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills
Experience in handling customer complaints and escalations.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions.
Solid teamwork and collaboration skills.
