We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to provide support, guidance, and advocacy for individuals, families, and communities. The Social Worker will assess clients' needs, develop care plans, connect clients with available resources, and work to improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' social, emotional, financial, and environmental needs.
- Provide counseling, guidance, and emotional support to clients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized care and support plans.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations.
- Assist clients in accessing social welfare schemes, healthcare, education, housing, and employment services.
- Maintain accurate client records, reports,



and documentation.
- Conduct home visits and community outreach programs when required.
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services.
- Organize awareness programs, workshops, and community development activities.
- Monitor clients' progress and modify intervention plans as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality and comply with organizational policies and ethical standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
