As a Counselor at Career Launcher, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students towards making informed decisions about their educational and career paths. You will be responsible for understanding students' aspirations, recommending suitable courses and programs, and assisting them throughout their journey with Career Launcher.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding course selection, career options, and academic goals.
- Conduct informative sessions and workshops to educate students and parents about various educational opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow up on inquiries effectively.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote Career Launcher's programs and services.
- Stay updated on educational trends and industry developments to provide informed guidance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in counseling, preferably in an educational or career counseling setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and understand their individual needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
