Key Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases accurately using the billing/POS system.
- Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods.
- Generate invoices, receipts, and warranty or certification documents as required.
- Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and promotional offers before billing.
- Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily sales at the end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Assist customers with billing queries, payment options, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting procedures, and statutory regulations.
- Support inventory and administrative tasks when required.




- Maintain a clean, organized, and skilled billing counter.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1-3 years of cashier or billing experience, preferably in a jewellery, luxury retail, or retail environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and billing software.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cash handling procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,340.95 per month
