Role Description:
The roleis responsible forleading the team tosupport andmaintaintheAmgenVeeva Vault Platform.The role will be involved indefiningAmgen’s Veeva Vault Platformsupportstrategy,guiding technology decisions, and ensuringtimelyservice isprovideto the Amgen VeevaVault platform users and their issues are resolved.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop andmaintainthe enterpriseVeeva Vault Platformsupportstrategy, ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.




- Responsible forfosteringplatform reliability.
- Identifyand mitigate architectural risks, ensuring thatthe platformisscalable, secure, and resilient
- Maintainknowledge base of Veeva issues, including principles, standards,user guides,and models
- Drive continuous improvement in the architecture byidentifyingopportunities for innovation and efficiency
- Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that solutions meet both business and technical needs
- Accountablefordesigning andbuildingcustomizations&configurations; on the Platform as per the business needsincluding,creating custom objects, fields,workflowsandSDKs
