About the Role:
We are looking for passionate, confident, and engaging Workshop Facilitators to conduct interactive health and wellbeing sessions for school students (Grades 5-12). This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy working with adolescents and are committed to creating a positive impact through education and awareness.

As a Workshop Facilitator, you will deliver engaging sessions on adolescent health, encourage meaningful discussions, and create a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive workshops in schools for students from Grades 5-12.
- Facilitate sessions on:
- Menstrual Health
- Puberty & Body Changes
- Personal Hygiene
- Self-Care
- Emotional Wellbeing
- Healthy Lifestyle Practices
- Encourage student participation through engaging activities and discussions.
- Create a safe and respectful setting where students feel comfortable asking questions.




- Represent the organization professionally while coordinating with school authorities.
- Submit workshop reports and feedback after each session.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Public Health, Education, Counselling, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related fields.
- Experience in training, facilitation, teaching, counselling, workshops, or youth engagement is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Comfortable interacting with school students.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned city whenever required.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
