Role Overview:
You will be responsible for growing brand visibility, increasing audience engagement, and driving business results through innovative social media strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Plan, create, schedule, publish, and optimize content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging content ideas, scripts, captions, reels, and campaign concepts tailored to different audiences.
- Build and manage monthly content calendars while ensuring consistent brand messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and emerging AI tools to create creative campaigns.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions.




- Collaborate with designers, video editors, content writers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns through Meta Ads Manager to improve reach, engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
- Track key performance metrics using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve brand positioning and audience growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.
- Proven experience managing business accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong content writing skills with experience creating captions, scripts, and campaign ideas.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and social media scheduling tools.
