The Role

This is a hybrid role for someone who can both _make things look good_ and _keep things running_. Roughly half your week is video editing — turning raw footage and ideas into polished short-form and long-form content — and the other half is administrative and operational support that keeps the studio and the wider team organized.

It's ideal for a detail-obsessed creative who is also genuinely reliable with process, files, and follow-through.

What You'll Do

Video Editing (≈50%)
- Edit short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) and long-form videos (YouTube, webinars, talking-head clips)



from raw footage to final export.
- Add captions, motion graphics, lower-thirds, B-roll, music, and sound design that match our brand style.
- Repurpose one piece of source footage into multiple platform-ready cuts.
- Manage the full editing pipeline: ingesting footage, versioning, incorporating feedback, and delivering on deadline.
- Maintain an organized library of assets, templates, and brand elements.

Administration & Operations (≈50%)
- Own day-to-day admin: scheduling, inbox and calendar support, file organization, and data entry.
- Keep project trackers, content calendars, and task boards up to date.
- Coordinate between team members and clients to keep deliverables on track.
- Prepare easy documents, reports, and decks as needed.
- Help document and improve internal workflows and SOPs.

What We're Looking For
- 1-3+ years of video editing experience with a portfolio or reel we can watch.
