The Role
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team. You will work closely with Occupational Therapists, Special Educators, and Physiotherapists in a truly cooperative, holistic environment — because we believe no child's growth happens in isolation.

What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed speech, language, and communication assessments for children with special needs including Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and other developmental conditions
- Design and deliver individualised therapy plans aligned with each child's unique goals
- Work in close coordination with the multidisciplinary team (OT, PT, Special Educators) for integrated goal-setting and progress reviews
- Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and documentation in line with centre protocols
- Conduct parent counselling sessions to guide home practice and build communication strategies for daily life
- Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and continuous learning initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Qualification: BASLP or MASLP from a recognised institution
- Experience: Relevant hands-on
