Key Responsibilities:
- Create and finalize precision layouts for headstones using Adobe Photoshop
- Convert symbols and artwork into clean, production-ready vector paths using Adobe Illustrator
- Review and quality-check junior designers' work before it goes to production
- Build and maintain the design library/template system for production efficiency
- Coordinate directly with the production team on print/engraving specifications
- Suggest process improvements to speed up design turnaround

Skills & Experience Required:
- 3+ years of skilled graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop (Pen tool, retouching, precision layout)
- Advanced proficiency in Illustrator (vector tracing, path cleanup,



production-ready output)
- Zero-error precision — this work goes directly into physical production
- Prior experience reviewing or mentoring junior designers is a plus
- Reliable attendance and strict adherence to deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
