About Us
Brix Architecture & Interior is a design-driven firm specializing in innovative residential and commercial architecture and interior design solutions. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Interior Designer who can independently manage projects from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute residential and commercial interior projects.
- Develop creative space planning, layouts, and interior design concepts.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and technical documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and presentation drawings using SketchUp.
- Produce high-quality visualizations and renderings using V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar rendering software.
- Conduct site visits and supervise on-site execution.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors,
and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Resolve on-site design and execution challenges efficiently.
- Ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Required Skills:
- Solid proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling.
- Experience with rendering software such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
- Expertise in preparing working and construction drawings.
- Strong site management and project coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- B.Arch or Diploma in Interior Design.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior design projects.
