We are looking for experienced Assistant Managers - Mechanical Design Coordination and Assistant Managers - Electrical Design Coordination to manage the design coordination function for high-rise mixed-use construction projects in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with MEP Consultants, PMC, Architects, and other stakeholders for effective design integration.
- Review and validate design drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and consultant submissions.
- Ensure compliance with NBC, local authority regulations, fire safety norms, and applicable standards.
- Drive value engineering initiatives for cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Resolve design-related issues during execution and provide technical support to site teams.
- Review and finalize BOQs, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, tender documents, and rate analysis.
- Prepare project budgets and update cost estimates as the design progresses.




- Monitor project costs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain design documentation, approvals, revisions, and change records.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (for Mechanical Design Coordination) or Electrical Engineering (for Electrical Design Coordination).
- 5-7+ years of experience in design coordination and project budgeting within the real estate/construction industry.
- Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use projects is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Revit for design review and coordination (modelling experience not mandatory).
- Strong coordination, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
