Job Purpose

The Legal Counsel Financial Services APAC will be responsible to provide legal support to the Financial Services team in India, in respect of the established Non-Banking FinanceCompany/ Financial Institution (“NBFC”) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”).

The Legal Counsel Financial Services, India, will actively participate as a member of the Financial Services India Leadership team, APAC Legal team and of the global CNH Industrial FS L&C.; The Legal Counsel Financial Services India will support, and coordinate with, the APAC General Counsel as well as support and coordinate with the local and regional Compliance and Ethics team in handling compliance matters in connection with trade finance and financial services transactions, projects, employees and activities.
