We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Executiveto drive growth in our Industrial specialtiesbusiness by combining technical expertise with strong customer relationship management.

- B.Tech or B.Sc.



in Chemistry/Coatings/Polymers/Material Science & MBA preferred
Ability to learn product and process technologies and provide technical support to customers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Strong ability to translate customer technical requirements into suitable product recommendations and value propositions.
- Experience handling key accounts, distributors, OEMs, formulators, or large industrial customers.
- Good understanding of customer buying processes, pricing discussions, tender/commercial negotiations, and value-based selling.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and structured opportunity pipeline management.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across R&D;, procurement, production, quality, and senior management.
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territor
