About the Role:The team:
Our Technology team oversees the operation of our client-facing and colleague Platforms by working with our internal business teams and our three core business segments: Trade Processing, Trade Lifecycle, and Optimization to deliver an outstanding experience to our Partners through our Products.
Responsibilities and impact:
We are looking for highly motivated technology professionals to develop new and enhance Osttra's trade notification product portfolio with the opportunity to undertake a significant role of the future of the latest products.
You will have 3-5 years’ experience of Java development to meet the needs of our expanding portfolio of Financial Services clients. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team based out of Gurgaon and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with a wide cross functional team including QA and Professional Services.
- Provide transparent documentation of the design and functionality of the product.
What we’re looking for:
- Detailed knowledge and use of Java8,11,17 & 21 constructs.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) working with both technical and non-technical staff.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Rigorous and precise approach to software development, utilising relevant Java testing and debug tools.
- Experience/interest in agile methodologies ie Scrum or Kanban.
- Demonstrable problem solving skills.

- GIT, Eclipse, Mavern
- JavaScript, SQL, JQuery, JSON, REST
- Data processing and analysis
